I'm sitting in the Rayburn House Office building where the China internet censorship hearings have just started. I won't be here the whole time, because as it so happens I have a long-standing speaking engagement at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies taking place at noon today (to talk about blogs and international news, including the Global Voices project). So I'll be here for the beginning, then run out for a couple of hours, then come back. There are other bloggers here, so the hearing will certainly be well blogged.
