Its weird to me that USA would rank at 53 but USA(extra-territorial) would come in at a dismal 119.

We must also strive for balanced press coverage in addition to freedom of press. Have the American media apologized to the French people especially President Chirac for all the bad taste attack on him and the French people prior to the Iraq war? "I told you so".
