We definitely need to send Rachel Rawlins to as many conferences as possible. She goes to this Hungarian Internet conference with Zephyr Teachout and a bunch of other web-heads of various stripes and look what happens!! Can't wait to see what she'll do at the Global Voices Delhi Summit!
