I wonder if hyperlinking is covered in US military's recent rule censoring mil blogs.

The Pentagon's rule covered email explicitly, forbidding people in the military tipping off civilian mil-blogs like blackfive.net.

R, I hope your class will have a chance to compare censorship like the kind we have in America.
