Journalist! Unpack that comment about the Chinese trusting Internet above all other media...
The first graph in the deck of that PPT presentation shows that Chinese overwhelmingly trust government over all other "sources" of information.
They trust media less than any other , uh, medium...
The question was: "140How much do you trust each of the following institutions to do what is right?"
In 2007, Government had the most, at 40%
Media... a paltry 10%.
Ouch. So, they may trust the Internet more than the newspaper, but they hardly trust it, if you know what I mean.
