Well I wouldn't have said this in January, but the Wikia Search people are actually doing really good work right now. I think they might be onto something...certainly Google must think so.

Thanks for bringing up such a critical issue for the protection and growth of free speech.

Given the Power Law nature of site popularity on the web, it's likely that certain sites will garner greatly disproportionate interest.
