Well said. I have huge admiration for Steve Jobs and I tend to defend him due to the sometimes overly harsh comments and exaggerations used in describing Apple's contribution (like calling it a "crime against humanity" or "tyrannical". I will reserve those terms for the true despots of humanity) but your reasoned articulation on what is wrong with Apple and in turn Jobs while acknowledging his contributions are at least balanced.

Looking forward to your book!
