China tried to exclude the organization Human Rights in China from the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) PrepCom II that opened in Geneva yesterday. Fortunately they failed. Andy Carvin of the Digital Divide Network has set up a WSIS Blogs aggregator of people blogging from the meeting.
