Trying the new OPML tool

So I'm playing with Dave Winer's new OPML tool... and bumping into lots of things that bewilder me... then delight me once I figure them out.

I am what programmers and software creators would politely call an "aggressive but not very techical and extremely impatient user." To help them understand how people like me think, I'm documenting everything that happens - as it happens - as I explore OPML thrash about on my test blog.

ask dave to include support for non-western character sets (i.e. chinese) the next time he updates his new opml widget, which is otherwise a lovely piece of software.
